Reliance Fresh — Did not receive the coupon code of anniversary offer | |||
Dear sir this to inform you that I had shopped in reliance fresh baramunda Bhubaneswar for 3567rupees on 7th October 2015 and after that I asked the sellsgirl binodini about the coupon. She told me that all you will get online. And did not give me the coupon code After that when I shopped on 19th October other girl gave me the coupon code on the bill of 1600. After that I went to the store manger Rakesh landing and Mr Sahoo told that they will look into the matter as that sales girl was absent that day.and after that I went to the store for 2 days and at last got the no of Rakesh landing. That girl was absent on that day also. On 21st I went again to my surprise I saw all the place cards for the offer were not there. I called Mr Rakesh he told me that the offer has ended so cant do anything. Then I went to another store at irc village they told me that the offer is valid till 7th November. 2 days back when I went to baramunda store I asked Mr Rakesh about the offer he told me that the offer again started after receiving another letter from the company.
