Reliance Fresh — double swiping of credit card | |||
Dear Concerns i Harvinder singh made my purchasings from Reliance Fresh Phase-10, Mohali( P.B) on dated-13/02/2015 and i swipe my credit card (6472 Last four digits of my credit card) for bill of Rs.2002.94. But after swiping your card swiping device hanged-up and in between i got a message on my mobile that Rs.2002.4 has been debited from my account . And that message also shown to your store Manager Mr. Yadwinder Singh Mobile[protected], then he guided me its a case of double swiping so re-swipe my card again and assured me that the previous deducted amount will be credited in my account with in 48 Hours and if not then he will drop an email and money will be refunded in cash or will be automatically credit in my account, now its already 7 days has been passed but no response from your side.
