Sub: - Glass Cleaning Liquid – “SHINZ” bought from M/s Reliance Retail, Yelahanka New Town, Bangalore- 560 064, is not up to the mark. - Defiant Quality or Old stock. – Please clarify the reason for not cleaning the Kitchen Glass and replace with New Bottle. – GS.
Ref: 1. Bill not found as it was bought three months back. – M/s Reliance Fresh, Yelahanka New Town, Bangalore – 560 064.
2. On 550ML.- Mfd. Date: May 2018, and Batch. No: P-B0050.
3. We have used almost 450ml. – Balance 100ml stopped using suspecting that it is old one.
I. This has reference to the above. I am a Senior Citizen residing in Bangalore, in the above address. I used to buy Cleaning agents for cleaning Kitchen Glass Windows, every once in 15 Days. This is the second time we have bought this Glass Cleaner, from M/s Reliance Fresh, Yelahanka New Town, Bangalore-560 064. (Bill is not found).
The “SHINZ” brand 550ml bottles x Two Nos: were bought three months back / October 2018, and kept on using for Kitchen Glasses only. The “SHINZ” brand make found not cleaning the stains of Kitchen Smoke effectively. There must be some Quality deficiency causing not clearing the stains on the Glass, or due old stock it did not work.
II. It is said on the bottle that “New Pro-Shine formula instantly fragments layers of dust, finger prints, and build-up stains on contact. Further it forms a protective layer that prevents further dust and stain built-up”.
“Ideal for use on surfaces of all kinds: Mirrors, Table Tops, Windows, TV, Computer Monitors, Show Cases, Refrigerators, Microwave ovens, Kitchen Appliances, Laminated furniture, & similar surfaces”.
It is also observed that these bottles are found not sealed and hence not ensuring the intactness of Quality. Since plastic sprayer is fixed to the bottle, ensuring the quality of the filled liquid is remote.
III. I would request your office for the following:
a. Please arrange collection of this balance 100ml or little less (Loss due to evaporation) “SHINZ” liquid from my Home address, given above, for necessary testing and check-up, Or permit me to handover the bottle to the nearest Reliance Fresh.
b. Please do the needful for replacement with a good one. Quality is important.
IV. I am forwarding this letter to your office and please confirm the action taken.
