Reliance Fresh — I am complaining about my r-one card

Dear Sir /Madam,
Yesterday I went to R Fresh store & purchased some items of Rs.335/. When i gave my card for
redemption my R-one card is on hot list means not working. Pls go through my trial mail. I have given
request for transfer my old card points to my new card. But what happened !!! my new card got stuck.
Request you to activate my New Card No.[protected].with immediate effect, so that i can avail this
facility.
