Reliance Fresh — insulting customer and restricting to enter inside store before closing time

I kumar vikash have been insulted and restricted to enter inside the store while visiting the reliance fresh samantrapur at 9:27pm by saying that the store is closed now, while the actual closing time is 9:30pm as per reliance fresh schedule.
I was in need of a product very badly but the security guard not allowed to enter inside the store within time schedule
