Reliance Fresh — issue new symphony air cooler

My self shyam

Im recently buy a air cooler in reliance digital at towlichoki branch,

From day cooler is not start and day 2 technician come check and he told me now it is ok u can use but that day night the cooler was directly off & on.

Next day i was complaint register in symphani.com site.

So please reslove the issue or replace my cooler.
