[Resolved]  Reliance Fresh — Manhandling by drunk on duty security guard at reliance super 79 rathinsamy nadar road bibikulam madura

On 22nd Sept I purchased a Arokyam 1/2 litre milk packet among other item.I reside opposite the mart and am regular customer.When the packet was opened it was thick and had gone bad already.My wife asked whether I bought milk or curd jokingly.I went back to the store and the manager exchanged promising that he will take up with the milk manufacturer.The packet I got in exchange met with the same fate on poring out in the pot.I was bit surprised.I called the store over phone to inform and asked for the manager.The person answering said he was the manager and what he can do for it and it must be my fault he said in hindi.I could guess that he may not be manager and I again went back to the store.AM was available and I narrated the case.He was in the process of ordering for giving me a milk packet when a security guard intervened and said he was the person who had replied over the phone.I was talking to the AM in English and said that the security guard had said he was the manager and was finding fault with me.On hearing this the security guard raised his hand towards me for beating me and said that you do not have any right to be in Tamilnadu if you speak in Hindi OR English.He was drunk which I could smell when he had neared me for beating me.I tried argueing with the staff and AM present to control the guard and not to allow the security guard to take charge of the store.On this the security guard threatened me with my life in Hindi and said so many things in Tamil which I could not understand but could guess due to his gestures.All along the staff it was about 9 pm had gathered and were watching and when AM intervened they whisked away the security guard inside the store.AM told me that the security are third party and he cannot do anything butwill take up with the agency.I took the packet and left .Unfortunately the third packet also went bad .I thing that the whole lot of the packets in the evening had the problem.I do not know what action you will initiate for the bad quality of the milk but I have serious complaint for the unwarranted response from the security guard and his actions and his having been allowed on duty in drunk state and his threatening me for my life.
