Hi! I visited your reliance fresh store situated at Shastri park in Delhi 110032 I purchased 2 packets of patanjali flour. One of the packet was open when I complaint to your store keeper he told me you tore it and we will not return this pack and He packed it again with transparent tape and told me to keep that packet after that when I approach to your store manager he told me try to understand I have to bear this liability, I have to sale this packet in low price. He forced me to keep that packet.. And your store keeper not the manager store keeper behaved very rude to me he was misbehaving with me... It was very bad experience. I think I will not visit your store again. And I also suggest other people not to visit that store. Your staff is not willing to help customers Was this information helpful? | |||||
