Reliance Fresh — Money deducted twice from my account | |||
On 20/12/2016 i bought things of amount 420.00 rs and while paying at the counter, they said transaction not occured for first time so swiped again... But afterwards i came to know that the money has been deducted thrice. When i asked them, firstly they said it is under process and it will take 3 days but now they are telli that they didnot get the money twice in their account. They asked me to call the bank and its weekend so i cannot do that.. But in my corporation bank account it is clearly showing that it has been credited to their account... I really wanty money back because be for them its such a small amount Was this information helpful? | |||

Even I encountered the same issue with Reliance Mart Chennai Nagelkeni Pallavaram and in the process of chasing both the store and bank to get the refund. You may write / call the customer care directly and resolve the issue.
