Reliance Fresh — Money not refunded | |||
I had made a purchase of rs.600, from Reliance fresh store, Sec-11 Koparkhairne. My card was swiped thrice and only once the bill was generated.And amount was debited from my account all 3 times.On enquiring the employees said that the amount will get credited soon. Its been over a week and no response from the reliance fresh end. Its highly disappointing for regular customers like us.I request to take it seriously and please refund Rs.1200 ASAP back to my account.Transaction id:[protected]/[protected].
