Please note that, we made a debit card transcation of INR 214.22 as per below details. 13 Nov 2016 POS 531831XXXXXX4302 Reliance Fresh POS DEBIT 332677 13 Nov 2016 214.22 The amount is deducted from our bank account the shopkeeper said they did not receive it and asked us to make cash payment. While checking with him he said it will return automatically but even after 5 days nothing has happened. Kindly check and return our payment. I got message that i have reddeeded points worth Rs.146 but when i went to reliance fresh store they swiped my card and they say my card is invalid what should i do can i get the benefit or not i tried the toll free no but i didnot get the line so only i am complaining in this mail so please reply me and make your customer beneficiary
