Reliance Fresh — Pathetic service and staff misbehaviour | |||||
I am a regular customer of reliance fresh @ Maurya Atria, bodakdev, ahmedabad branch. Every time i go, some or other customer is shouting and a peculiar staff keeps on irritating customer and misbehave with them.. Irrespective of age/gender.. And humiliate the customer to the extent that, customer shouts n leave the store or walks in to manager chamber.. Then manager intervene( some time). Tonight, I was victim for the 2nd time, and so forced to write here. Name of the staff- jitesh/hitesh parmar Manager on duty- saurav shah Bill time[protected], 2/11/2016 This Mr Parmar, abused me, irritated me. I complained Mr Shah, manager on duty, he didnt came out of his room, was counting cash, in rush to close the store, sent another guy, saying give preference to me and solve my problem. Mr Parmar, still refused to obey his manager's order, refused to make my bill, denied... That another staff started new counter and made my bill... Is this the way you treat your customers??? Why such people are in store who behaves like a Don/bhai log, use bad language... For customers??? And still store manager was busy in his chamber?? Why u keep such boneless store manager ? Who cant control staff?? Security staff and cctv cameras are there for proof. It isnt only about me, you can check cctv footage, and that Mr parmar's behaviour.. I saw him behaving like this daily with many customers. Incident- i stood for 10-15 mins in queue for billing(only 1 middle counter was on). Customer didnt had cash to pay, her card was rejected, she walked out to get cash from atm machine ??? (Far away). And after waiting for so long, i was forced to leave the counter and asked to go to another cash counter where Mr Parmar was working, 4-5 customers were in queue. He refused to make my bill and asked me to stand in queue??? Again...??? What a BS! I still requested him gently that i am having only 1 item, and informed him that i already waited for 15 mins to another counter! And he again rudely told me same... Saying, my previous counter isnt closed and customer bill is in process.. What rubbish was that??? Customer went to find atm machine n cash... Did he wanted me to wait till that customer is back, what if that customer doesnt come back??? That guy who was making my bill, rushed out of the store without making my bill... Loot in Reliance Fresh ... See they are selling 1 litre Ghee on more thn MRP price and the good thing is they r giving discount also on higher price but unfortunately the discounted price is even higher than MRP 😂...
