Reliance Fresh — points not upgraded in card/mobile phone | |||
Hi, I shopped last month but didn't get points upgraded neither in my card nor in my phone. As I have no proof so couldn't claim. Couple of days back again for my shopping my account still showed nil balance of points, as told by one of the customer service person. Here I attach the bill for your reference.
