[Resolved]  Reliance Fresh — problem with billing (bharat qr transaction)

I made a payment of rs.730 on 28/oct/2017 by scanning bharat qr code on the cashiers pos device. Bill no. 53, store no. 2032.

The money was debited from my bank account (Dbs bank) by the cashier and the store manager said that they have not received the payment, so i paid the bill amount by cash.

They told the money would reverse within a week to my bank account. I waited and waited and now its 11/nov/2017, more than 2 weeks, and i have not yet received the amount. A bank takes only a week to reverse a failed transaction.

I have a strong feeling that there has been some unfair practices going on within the store. I have also asked the store manager to disclose the transactions for the day (28/oct/2017), but he refused to do it. I have disclosed below the images of the payment made.

I request for some strict action to be taken over the issue.
There have also been some other complaints on the store, which i found while browsing. I guess those complaints would also be helpful to take an action on the store and the one who manages.

I had purchased material of 1447.48 on 6th Nov, 2017. At the time of payment the counter boy told me that if I pay I will get cash back of 5%on payment. I had paid but not received. Please check and credit the eligible cash back

I Swap 2 Times at Reliance Fresh Bahu Bazar Ranchi on 02 Nov 17 for Amounting 804.92 (2 times) Ref No.[protected] and[protected]. They said such amount should be credited in my account by 48 - 72 hours. Kindly take action against them
