Dear sir, Ref: purchase bill no. C8675 #0278 21:26:15 5sep2014 S02 29 r003 Rs.1357.40 Shop: reliance fresh, 4, t.H. Road, k.S.Mahal, kodungaiyur, chennai-600118 I purchased provisions on 05.09.14 for rs.1357.40 using my debit card. For first swipe, Debit card memo not received and hence billing clerk swiped again. But the amount Debited twice in my savings bank account. On 07.09.14 i submitted the bill copy and my bank statement to the shop manager to Pay me back. Till now no response and hence i request your goodself to reimburse The additional amount immediately to me which you debited 2nd time. Awaiting your confirmation. Regards, M.
