Reliance Fresh — Refund not yet effected

To whomsoever concerned,

On[protected] I visited Reliance Fresh showroom, Peroorkada, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala to purchase some fruits and made a purchase for Rs 86.36 and paid through my Canara Bank account[protected] by scanning QR code through my bank application and got debited from my account which was shown to all concerned persons (my mobile number is [protected]) not out of my fault it did not reflect on your side and hence again I was made to pay and this time I made the payment for the same amount vide my debit card issued to my another Canara Bank account[protected] and and I have contacted my branch who had informed that the amount paid on the first instance is debited and is not reflected back to my account and I had already given my details with your showroom intimating my mobile number since I don't want to spare time visiting your showroom again and again, I was told that they would refund it directly to my bank account through UPI but even after 3 days not a single person had contacted me till date, I really feel ashamed of you people cunning attitude do look into the matter and refund my Rs 86.36 at he earliest to my Canara Bank account[protected] and my mobile number is [protected].

I have given the whole transaction details and the showroom details you people must talk to the showroom details and solve the problem and I tried to contacted the showroom number but no one picks the call [protected] and every day you depute a new person to solve the problem and I am asked to explain the problem again and again or you yourself talk about my problem through different person better you talk with the showroom person and refund the money.
