Reliance Fresh — Regarding improper billing and selling products above MRP. | |||
I bought kurkure from reliance fresh. There was a offer of buy 2 get 1 free. So I bought 3, billed for 2 and third is free. On closely looking the bill I realized per piece is costed 38 rs whereas the mrp of product is 30 rs. I contacted staff at outlet and they said as it is sold in offer of buy 2 get 1 free the cost is 38 rs. If you buy one it will cost you 30 rs. I request forum admin to help me in this situation. i have purched a product pond cold cream in there counter of the pond there were a tag showing rupees 75 was showing but they deducted rupees 82 and when i complained them they become aggresive at me not giving any satisfatory answer and also shouted at me their beheviour against customer is very bad i would not like this and would not buy any thing form your mark in furture...reliance fresh retail situtated in mandore road jodhpur my no [protected]
