Reliance Fresh — reliance fresh dont accepting payment through google pay for last 2 months

I have purchasing products from reliance fresh ambattur branch from november 2019, i have received offer voucher from google pay that if we purchase above 500rs on reliance fresh we wud get 75rs cashback from november i have been purchasing weekly once or twice but on billing counter they never accepting payment on google pay they always says server down or double payment issue etc, the offer period is from november to december 2019 till the offer period they dnt acept through gpay, but they advertising gpay accepted here stickers were pasted everywhere no proper customer service very harsh behavior kindly sort out the issue
