Reliance Fresh — Reliance fresh payment deducted twice. | |||
Jagpervesh Singh 1 4 August 2016 Respected sir, I had purchased some items from your reliance fresh store, Ashok vihar - 2, B2/2, near Sagar Ratna, New Delhi on 9-6-2016 at 21:31:00 of Rs. 4126 & 98paise. First time my debit card was swapped, but the salesman told me that the slip is not generated. So he told me to swap my card second time . I did as he said. But the amount of Rs. 4126. 98 was deducted twice from my bank account . I received the sms from bank. I am attaching scanned copy of my bank account statement . My bill no. is #0356 dated 9-6-2016 time 21:31 :00. Scanned copy of the bill is also attached. After receiving the sms two times of the amount deducted i. e double payment from my bank account I approached the store manager, Sandeep who assured me that the amount will be refunded in 24 hours . But no refund was received . So I again approached him on 11.6.2016. He booked a complaint no. SD 370 2300 dated 11.6.2016 and assured me that money will be refunded in 7 working days But refund was not received even after one month. So I registered a complaint at customer care Center, complaint no. 1457576, dated 29.07. 2016, But till now no refund has been received . Scanned copy of the bill, bank account statement & the atm card is also attached. My debit card no. is [protected] . My phone no. are [protected], [protected].
