Sir, i am regular customer for reliance retail ltd Tirunelveli, Tamil nadu. I have purchased chiller-06 worth of Rs 352 on 8th march 2015.During purchase the sales man told that if any complaints on product return with in one week.Because their we cannot check it. when i checking at home there is water leakage found.I go to get replacement on 10th march. But the section in charge Mr.Mani told that you tie some cloth and use it. I told him that I have tried that also but leakage not controlled.Then he told have to discuss with supplier so you come next day or i will call you.I told him i am coming from long distance, for 352 rupees product already i came second time today. my travel expenses and my time will be wasted so you give another one same product and later discuss with your supplier. But he started to tell stories and told me to take it back. I told him him good product otherwise you keep it. I returned that product to him. For that i did not got any refund or product.So i lost my time and money.So kindly take immediate action.Thank you. my contact number- [protected].
