Dear sir, i had purchased ruchi lunch box from dwarka reliance centre in may 2017 and when i found it, one of the lid was broken but by that time my servant had added vegetables in that for my office and i quickly removed it and kept for exchange but when today i asked the manager named sandeep with mob no.[protected], he behaved arrogantly and refused to change it, he demanded bill from us which is natural also but i being regular customer never keep bills as the other outlets i was going i never faced any problem and today i felt as if i am speaking lies just for 99 rupees my no.
