Reliance Fresh — Taking price above MRP!!

Today, I purchased some items from Reliance Fresh, Uttarpara, Hooghly.Among those items I purchased Gowardhan paneer, 500 gram, MRP of that item is Rs 180.Later on when I checked the bill on returning home, i noted that the price of the paneer is written Rs200 and they had given discount of Rs 10 !!! That means they had billed Rs 190 for an item which actually costs Rs 180 maximum as MRP!In departmental stores like that they prepare such bills, duping customers, and giving rebates and over charging?Who is responsible?the billing clerk or the system?I will hope for a solution asap.I will certainly take up the matter with the shop in person, soon.
