I had done a transaction of rs 382 on google pay on november 19, 2019 to reliance fresh which was unsuccessful and the mentioned amount was deducted from my account and i was assured from the store's end that i will get the money back as bill was not generated for the same although the money got deducted from my bank account. And i had to pay the same amount through another payment mode. Upon query to the store, i was asked to contact and raise a query to the bank regarding the same asking for the charge-back or refund of the amount of money deducted. I am sharing you the transaction id for your reference:

As asked to google pay customer support, they have ensured that the transaction was successful and received at reliance fresh end. So i want a refund for the same at the earliest.
