Reliance Fresh — unprofessional attitude towards customer | |||
Dear sir, I am a regular customer of your store and i have always enjoyed shopping at your dayanand colony reliance fresh store. But last time your store employee mr ram unethical behavior ruined my experience 27/9/2018. During checkout i was waiting in queqe and when it was my turn, mr ram decided to clear bill of another person first. I confronted the other customer showing my displeasure but he just said he had only 4 items and it will take only 2 minutes. And went off. Then i also confronted your staff why he decided to clear the bill of the other customer firdt when it was my turn. Your staffe gave the answer that he has less item and he was senior citizen. To which i replied to him that neither the other customer looked that old (Above 60) by his face or hair nor he was ill and i also had only 6 items. So his reasons were not valid. On top of that both didn't had the courtesy to ask whether it was ok to do his billing first. And when i showed my displeasure, your staff asked me "aapko billing karna hai ya nahi?"of course i wanted to clear my bill. That's why i was in that store. I couldn't understand why your staff first decided not to acknowledge me as a person or because i am a girl he decided to ignore my presence. I often hear people saying yes to ladki hey, kuch nahi kah hey gi. Your staff attitude was same. I was so pissed of by then i decided to call the store manager. He apologized immediately after hearing me whereas mr ram didn't even bothered to apologise. Please teach your staff that :- every customer should be treated equally. Secondly, same rule for every one. If there is a queqe system, not only the customer but the staff should also follow it. Third thing, i[censored] make a mistake, have the courtesy to accept it and apologize. I am hoping that you will take this matter seriously cause it takes a long time to build your goodwill but only seconds to destroy it. Was this information helpful? | |||

First of all your billing counter closed accept 1 counter, there is ur representative not proper response to customer.. As always ur store manager also...
