Reliance Fresh — very poor customer service

I want to report poor customer service in reliance fresh store in sector 13-17 panipat. Everytime i visit the store i have to wait long time for a service guy to attend at non veg counter. This is not a one time issue but service is not provided in time. Even after asking several times for a person to attend, i end up waiting for 15-20 min. Even at the cash counter people are not well trained and end up making huge ques at the counter. Most of the sales person just believe in hiding in basement to avoid work.

In Reliance fresh Jagamara BHUBANESWAR they are selling rotten potatoes at Rs 10 per kg .
Is it your FRESH and HYGENIC policy.
On 5th Jan I have purchased 5 kg potato which is not at all edible...just GARBAGE...
