This is the list of complaint, I would like to escalate -

POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS SOLD UNDER RELIANCE NAME.
The brands you sell from outlets like TATA, HL etc are good, but products under RELIANCE name are PATHETIC, LOW QUALITY AND WORST. I really don't understand, HOW you PROCURE such sub standard material and are selling through your outlets.

VEGETABLES SOLD ARE SMELLY AND STALE AND POOREST OF QUALITY -
Most of the vegetables found in your stores are worst. No idea from where and what price your people buy from. It sems they are told to buy at LEAST PRICE and not to wory about QUALITY. Kyunki Grahak toh bewakoof hi hai. Khud hi Chun lega aur khareed lega.

EK CHOR TOH SAB CHOR -
I think, the Philosophy behind your security wing is One size fit all, treat everyone with Disrespect, DO NOT TRUST the Customer. He is a THIEF. For one such person, the entire Customers are asked to first BUY, then the GUARD takes out each and every item andf checks the bill and then again puts it inside the bag one by one himself. DUring that time, I have seen other people also making appeal to stop this sutpidity.

Imagine Mrs. Neeta Ambani standing in a line doing this.

I think old days were much better, where a Cm could go to the nearby grocery shop. Get respect and all his items are packed by the owner and trust is 100%.

I am sure, these fedbacks will go to someone who has eyes and ears and has willingness and atitude to improve the services.

I trust, the complaint will be taken seriously and dealt with too.
