Reliance General Insurance — Non-redressal against redemption of Reliance Automatic Investment Plan. | |||
Dear Sir, I had taken a Reliance Automatic Investment Plan on 10.09.2008 with a yearly installment of Rs.10, 000/- against Contact/policy No.12556425, client no. 05443876, receipt no. 0310249A for 3 consecutive years. It was to be withdrawn with interest just after 5 years from DOC (i.e. 10.09.2008). Several times I have contacted my Agent Shri Ajay Kumar Mishra of Renukoot branch, Sonebhadra (UP) for redemption of above plan. Till date, there is no response from their end. You are requested to kindly arrange to expedite the matter or the same may be pass on to the concerned section so as to redeem the same at the earliest with a confirmation to the undersigned.
