Hello Sir/Madam, Phone Number: [protected] email id: [protected]@gmail.com Hello Sir/Madam, Phone Number: [protected] Want to port the above number from Reliance to Vodafone but after repeated attempts of sending messages to 1900 (PORT [protected]), I have not received my UPC. Called up the customer care twice(198). They dropped the call and now I am unable to get through to the customer care executive(which i think is because they blocked me), Please look into the matter ASAP. They sent me UPC 20 times...and charged 50p everytime all of a sudden. >.< Late service...very late.
This is why i want to quit Reliance...
Atleast finally they have sent me the code so that i can port to another network. Have been using reliance for 10 years now. Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
