[Resolved]  Reliance Gsm — Unique Porting Code not being provided

Hello Sir/Madam, Phone Number: [protected] email id: [protected]@gmail.com Hello Sir/Madam, Phone Number: [protected] Want to port the above number from Reliance to Vodafone but after repeated attempts of sending messages to 1900 (PORT [protected]), I have not received my UPC. Called up the customer care twice(198). They dropped the call and now I am unable to get through to the customer care executive(which i think is because they blocked me), Please look into the matter ASAP. Regards, Viresh Maheswari

They sent me UPC 20 times...and charged 50p everytime all of a sudden. >.< Late service...very late. This is why i want to quit Reliance... Atleast finally they have sent me the code so that i can port to another network. Have been using reliance for 10 years now.
Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Reasons for porting:
-Incoming calls dont get through and keep dropping
-Internet is very slow and does not work a lot of times
-When balance reaches below Rs.20 and I call up someone, a miss call happens and call gets dropped.
-Network issues during travel(a lot of network issues)
-Customer care responses very vague and irresponsible(unable to get through after 2 calls)
