[Resolved] Reliance Industries — collected double payment at reliance retail ltd - fresh, north usman road, chennai - 17 | |||
I purchased goods from the above reliance shop chennai on 1st may 2018 for rs. 4559.42 vide bill no.167 dated[protected]. I used my sbi credit card no. Xxxxxxx 0183 and made the payment. The shop keeper said that the payment did not go through and hence asked me to use another card. I used my citi bank card no. Xxxxxxxx 2587 and made payment of rs. 4559.42. Both the cards debited the same amount namely rs. 4559.42 by sbi card at 6.49 pm and citi bank card at 6.50 pm. Since there is a double payment, due to the negligence of your shop i requested them to refund the excess amount of rs. 4559.42 to me. However the shop people refused to accept the mistake and were not even willing to receive my complaint letter. Hence i request you to take immediate action and refund the excess payment made by me.
