Reliance Infocomm — For wrongly deducted balance | |||
Sir/ Madam My self Geeta Kumari & My Reliance No. is [protected]. I am not using any VAS facility service and not near future. but as per balance notification my account balance deducted Rs10-15 per week regularly. If you are not added back my balance that i move to the consumer forum, because that type of problem facing many-many times. Generally SMS received " Amount Charged for VAS one97 subscription Rs. 10". dated 16.03.2016, Rs. 5 on 12.03.2016 and Rs 5/ on 09-03.2016 shemaroo stream Rs. 5 on 12.03.2016 What is "one97" ?
