Hello Team, Below are the DND complaints status received in the last week, all of them says, "calls/SMS could not be located and hence no action taken". Are you kidding me???. These complaints are all raised through the TRAI DND app. How can you say that there was no call received? Does that mean that App is not working??? Can you please explain why there is no action on these even though i have received multiple calls and the proper complaint has been raised through the right channel. Some calls i am getting recently are the same numbers against which complaints have been raised earlier. Below are the 2 such cases. B) Earlier complaint raised on 19 th Oct 2020 and even after that call received 11 Jan 2021 Telemarketer #: +91 [protected] Brief description of promotional call : 3rd call today from Hdfc bank agency Ridis Financial services indira nagar bangalore offering personal loan previously raised complaint on 19 october and now again call received from the same number, Received Date: 11/01/2021 B) Earlier complaint raised on 7th Dec 2020 and even after that call received 11 Jan 2021 Telemarketer #: +91 [protected] Brief description of promotional call : Repeated harassment calls from Hdfc bank agency Ridis Financial services indira nagar branch banglore Caller Name is Noor/Isha. Received Date: 11/01/2021 Below are the complaints which are closed without any action, even though complaint was raised through official TRAI DND app. 1) Reference your DND SR# SR000013LAXO, the concerned operator has reverted that the reported call/SMS could not be located in the call records of the reported number, hence, no action has been taken against the reported number/SMS sender ID. 2) reference your DND SR# SR000013M0JI, the concerned operator has reverted that the reported call/SMS details have already been reported by you vide an earlier complaint. Hence, no action taken. 3) Reference your DND SR# SR000013K2FM, the concerned operator has reverted that the reported call/SMS could not be located in the call records of the reported number, hence, no action has been taken against the reported number/SMS sender ID. 4) Reference your DND SR# SR000013K2NZ, the concerned operator has reverted that the reported call/SMS could not be located in the call records of the reported number, hence, no action has been taken against the reported number/SMS sender ID. 5) Reference your DND SR# SR000013LI15, the concerned operator has reverted that the reported call/SMS could not be located in the call records of the reported number, hence, no action has been taken against the reported number/SMS sender ID. 6) Reference your DND SR# SR000013LI15, the concerned operator has reverted that the reported call/SMS could not be located in the call records of the reported number, hence, no action has been taken against the reported number/SMS sender ID. 7) Reference your DND SR# SR000013JZ1U, the concerned operator has reverted that the reported call/SMS could not be located in the call records of the reported number, hence, no action has been taken against the reported number/SMS sender ID. 8) Reference your DND SR# SR000013K78Z, the concerned operator has reverted that the reported call/SMS could not be located in the call records of the reported number, hence, no action has been taken against the reported number/SMS sender ID. 9) Reference your DND SR# SR000013JT2K, the concerned operator has reverted that the reported call/SMS could not be located in the call records of the reported number, hence, no action has been taken against the reported number/SMS sender ID. 10) Reference your DND SR# SR000013JGZO, the concerned operator has reverted that the reported call/SMS could not be located in the call records of the reported number, hence, no action has been taken against the reported number/SMS sender ID.
