Reliance Infocomm — no recharge done but amount of rs.349/- was deducted from my bank a/c.

On 08.10.2018, i made payment of rs.349/ to reliance payment solution through net banking bearing reference no. Igaengruu8 by jio app to recharge a prepaid no. Of my daughter-in-law in my "my jio" app. Money transaction was successful. But in the end, there i did not get any message of successful recharge. I asked my daughter-in-law whether her mobile is recharged or not. She told it is not recharged.

Please suggest what is be done. Whether recharge will be successful or money will be reverted back to my account please do the needful.
