Reliance Infocomm — Reliance cdma (#[protected]) calls barred without notification | |||||
Team, My reliance cdma mobile number is # [protected]. My number has been deactivated from about a month now for the reason that their was no recharge made for one month or so, though the validity is till 2022. I called the customer care to understand the scenario, however they kept on updating me that i need to visit reliance store and they will let me know the process for getting it unbarred. My concern is 1. How can reliance barred my number owing to the reason of no recharge? 2. Why i need to go to the reliance store again as i had already given the necessary document as the time of sim activation? Request you to look into the issue and do the needful.
