Reliance Infocomm — worst service denying of payment made by me that I actually did | |
On 31.01.2018 I was doing a recharge of my jio mobile number from my jio app by 101 and at the payment option I used upi and I received a request for payment of 51 as 50 was provided by jio as coupon and I did the payment from my side the transaction was successful and payment was done in my Jio it showed some error occurred I contacted reliance jio but they denied and said you have initiated a transaction but they did not received the payment and I was asked to do payment t of the said amount I contacted Npci and sbi and according to both payment was made to [protected]@icici and it was successful now reliance jio customer care is not responding and just repeating that I had not done the payment Was this information helpful? | |
