It is very shameful that a big insurance company's employees and agents can fraud consumers by collecting premiums for bogus policies with no intention or ability to pay claims .
One of these companies is #Reliance #Nippon . This company and its well -trained employees and agents are actually doing cold calling to the general public .
Few month ago I was approached by Kavita Gupta (Executive ARDM at Reliance Nippn life) mob (+91-[protected], [protected]) to open a insurance policy in Reliance Nippon, and same time i was convinced with her because of Reliance . On the same day I opened an insurance policy no 53791804 with client ID 67105444 and Paid Rs 35000 through credit card to Avinash Kumar (Relationship Manager Reliance Nippon ) mob ([protected] &[protected] ) .. Next day Kavita offered me a plan Rs 150000 lakh paid only one time and promised to me that you will get Rs20000 return on a monthly basis and promises like no agents or brokers involved in this offer. The next day I made payments to get this offer and due to credit card issues I paid Avinash to time (Rs 75000 &Rs 45000 and got two polices 53796069,[protected] . After that I Called Kavita to start my monthly return of Rs 20000 but she told me that it is under process and will take three to four month in process and open agent code .

After three month I received a call that your payment is under process and it will deposit in a given account within the coming ten days .
After ten days I called Avinash (+91-[protected]) regarding the money back plan and he told me that we are busy with the audit and it will transfer within 15 days .
Now I am calling on a regular basis but no one picked my phone .

I called customer care and she told me that your policy make by NORTH INDIA FINESERV PVT LTD which is supporting by Reliance Nippon life insurance .

My money is an outcome from my hard work and I am a single earning source in my Family . I invest in this policy to take a personal loan where I am paying 15% interest to the Bank .
Kindly cancel my policies and refund all amount in My account
