[Resolved]  Reliance Living — Fraudsters (Banashankari, Bangalore outlet)

I have placed 3 orders with Reliance living. Total amount of 3 orders being few lakhs. Each time I have paid the entire amount in advance and have had to wait for more than a month to get the product delivered. Each time I have had to follow 100s of time on phone to check order status. The staff lied each time I called them and made me run from pillar to post to just get an update. At the time of placing orders they lied that the delivery will be done in a week but each time it took weeks. My second order of sofa set got delivered after 60 days. My third order of 6 recliners has been pending since more than 30days again, they have delivered 2 recliners on the 35th day and the remaining 4 are still pending. Again I have been calling them to understand the problems but they keep lying. I am fed up of dealing with them and will obviously never purchase anything from them. Any one reading this should also refrain from buying anything from Reliance living in Bangalore. They are a bunch of liars and thoroughly unprofessional. There are many other shops available which sell similar/better products at better rates and better service. Save yourself from harassment. The purposely take the money upfront so that you are held up, if you ask for refund they will say that they have xyz policy and refund will take more than 1 week. In my case I had to park lakhs of rupees for months without getting my product.
