[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect — 3g Services are so poor | |||||
I recharged for Rs 1500 to get 10 gb (3G) pack for 3 months. its only been a week and 3g has been stopped working. Only 2g is showing up on my phone. Sometimes it shows roaming even though i haven't left my home city. i called up customer care 4 times but of no use. i am fed from from this useless service provider. if reliance can not provide 3g network then plz tell customers not to buy reliance 3g. i want them to refund my money. if i knew reliance services are so poor i would have switched to airtel or other service provider Was this information helpful? | |||||
