Reliance Tele Communication — Wrong plan provided (explained something and provided something else)

Reliance tele caller (office no [protected]) called me with 699 unlimited plan if I port there. I initiated switching from Airtel to Reliance. The plan has been explained as 699/- + service tax is all that I have to pay and everything will be unlimited except the 3G data which have a cap of 1GB and after that it will be unlimited 2G.On 7th april 2016 I had submitted my documents to their field exe. Varun (Varun-[protected], His Senior Jitender-[protected]/[protected]/[protected]) with 300/- charges for security.
I had been approached telephonic for confirmation and verification and the plan has been explained as unlimited without cap.

My no. was activated on 20th april. Today I want to check my online account for if bill is generated or not?. it is not generated yet. than I inquired about my plan there which is also not reflecting anything. on contacting customer care on 198 10:14 AM I was stunned to know that my voice call is caped to 4000 minutes. I tried to register my complain for the same that I had been dictated something else and sold something else, they bluntly denied to register the same. I even talked with their senior she also denied to book a complain, on asking for a interaction reference ID, she even denied to provide the same. I was feeling cheated and so helpless that I can't express it.
I again logged on service portal and created a service request "account related" /"Billing Dispute" category sub head as no other option was available there but mentioned clearly in comments that I has been shown something and sold something else.docket no was "[protected] / 03-May-2016 10:53:53 "

Shortly I received a call from [protected] number on 1:22 PM but there also no one is willing for hear for my plan related issue as he was not having the authority on tariff related issue. he suggested me to move to appellate and closed the request. I insist him to show his helplessness on Black & White or to forward me the closing reason and his decisions on my mail but he denied for that. Now I am thinking why they are calling but not listening in fact they are ignoring the core issue. Just for formality maintained by TRAI. They do not want to communicate in black & white.

On 1:46PM I contacted on [protected] " the appellate authority". He shown good patience to hear me but with the same smoothness he denied any solution and asked me to approach the person who had approached me first and collected the documents.

I want to know that they depute agencies to call on their behalf, promote their campaign approach probable customer, convince them and collect documents from them. Even reliance happily accept their forwarding/recommendations because their proxy work force is bringing business to them but when to track the in between process for any discrepancy It becomes the duty of customer to bring them to reliance for your truthfulness. why not you take initiative to bring those call records when someone on your behalf tried to trapped new business.
Take those call records while verification and porting you will know who is right. Who has been cheated and who is cheater.

The whole day scenario had made me feel so helpless that in this independent democratic country someone cheat us so easily. Their ignorance and arrogance indicate that the person on whose collection such business empire is formed means nothing to them.

But beware this can't go long.

Thats all. they had done their formality.

what process ..., what is processed in it... They do not feel the necessity to tell the end user. they are playing the game where they are the player as well as they are the umpire.

you are only maintaining your internal logs of processes but never disclose it to the person on whose concern this process is generated. Your findings and conclusions are important to me not your messages for process closure. It is me who wan, t to know what you had concluded. whether you are acknowledging my concern or not and if not the reason for not considering it.
Please don't communicate the half truth.

It needs courage and high moral values to judge yourself wrong and I don't think you have that courage.

As for the alternate number you have my registered mail Id with you, you can communicate on it. But ironically no one is replying on it. Till now I have not received even, a single acknowledgement for any of above SR nos.
I knew you are intentionally not acknowledging it on black and white because you knew it that you are wrong, you had cheated me...

Why you are avoiding the mails?

and the no [protected] from which you had called me at that time I was calling somewhere else. after completed my ongoing conversation I had waited much for your call but not received again. On calling back on above no I came was hearing that "please check the no. you had called".

As for alternate nos. it is already with you in my initial information/documentation and as for now I do not think it appropriate to share it on a social site.
