[Resolved] Reliance Telecom — Regarding Poor service and wrong info. | |||
I have ported my number from vodafone to reliance in lieu of good network from Reliance as been assured by one of their store. Network is relay very bad i keep on getting complaints from the people who called me that my number often showz not available or wrong number, for an alternative i activated m.call service, to my suprise i last 2-3 months i haven't got even a single alert but yes i got a lot of complaints from people about my unavailability of network. i have send 7-8 mails to the corporate office but there is no reply from them. I am feeling cheated twice first when i got an assurance of good service due to which i switched my plan and secon no alert post activation of m.call service. would request you to please do the justic to all the inconvienence which i faced.
