Reliance Wi POD — Reliance fraud network cheating people money

I have purchased relaince wipod for 1200 in the month of september. they took nearly 10 days to activate. for the first four days the speed came around 50-100kbs. i was shocked that they said 14.5 mb speed which is equal to 14500kb but am not even getting 100kb . after 5 days the issue started the speed not even reaching 10kb. i had no idea raised several complaints. somedays even it wont connect but it rarely connects and am now getting rarely the speed of 35kb.. at maximum.simply closed my complain several time without resolving. i totally frustated . recently i raised 2 more complaints regarding no network and speed but still there is no response . my relaince id no-[protected]. thought of filing case in the court. its totally fraud company cheating people money. i will wait for 2 more days and thought of filing case .

Dear Sir/Madam, This is Dinesh from Chennai. Yesterday (14.12.2015) evening I had bought Reliance Wi-pod (No.[protected]) and got promised that it will get activated yesterday night. But till now (17.12.2015) no activation had been made and if I call the concerned Reliance person cutting the call and blocking. This act is considered to be very worst towards customer. Network Team said the wipod has to be replaced, but the customer person asks me to proceed to service center and take all the trouble. The person is not reveling his address to contact. dear sir your yuck RELIANCE WI POD SUCKS [protected] even went to your main branch met with ur manager of customer care ms bhanu was not capable of giving me right answer wonder how is your reliance selection process number she gave me of her nungambakkam branch all the time after three rings gets auto disconnected that ADVERTISEMENT SMS NUMBER AND LADY NAME is latha the number is [protected]//[protected] which after selling me she never picks my call not even the door deleivering bay who gave me wi pod .when called customer care they asked for documents re submission due to negative verification lol i dnt understand you mean to say local chennai passport is wrong and with id i got idea postpaid using it for last 3 years dear, submitted in t nagar local office resubmitted in main branch nungambakkam 3rd time submitted on whatsapp to rajes number [protected] no wonder RELIANCE ALL SHOWROOM ARE GETTING CLOSED or ON THE VERGE OF GETTING CLOSED ..MY MOBILE NUMBER - [protected] // [protected] waitng for some days then calling R.T.I. for my loss of time 24/04/16 till today 14/05/16
