Reliance Wi POD Complaints & Reviews

I had registered a complaint against relaince communications regarding Wi pod and a plan. They have not settled the matter. So I have filed a case against hem in consumer disputes Redressal Forum in the year 2017. The case is still going on. I dont know the fate of the case. I am following case proceedures correctly I think. I dont know the legal points, I think so don't know the fate of the case.

This is to inform you about the non - working of reliance wi-pod for the past two weeks, to be more precise, from 12/07/2018.
First we thought it was because of not paying the bill which was due on 11/07/2018. But even after payment on 12/07/2018 it is showing red signal only.

My reliance WiPod number is [protected] and I have migrated to 4G on 7-8-2016. My billing start from[protected]. So I was having CDMA from[protected] to 7-8-2016 and it was not working at all. But when I got bill, in the bill they charged 333.2 for that period and 240.66 for the 4G period 7-8-16 to 19-8-16.

So I asked for waiver and raised service request also SR#[protected]. They said it will be sorted out...

I have purchased relaince wipod for 1200 in the month of september. they took nearly 10 days to activate. for the first four days the speed came around 50-100kbs. i was shocked that they said 14.5 mb speed which is equal to 14500kb but am not even getting 100kb . after 5 days the issue started the speed not even reaching 10kb. i had no idea raised several complaints. somedays even it wont connect but it rarely connects and am now getting...

We purchased the reliance wipod in October 2015, and we were promised at least 6 Mbps speed although it was mentioned 14mbps. At this point, we are not even getting 1 Mbps. We have made the payment for the full year of Rs. 7000. Call me at [protected] Also, I will be raising a complaint with the customer grievance cell because this is plain cheating...

Dear sir I would like to inform that my WI POD (Reliance) no is [protected] I have taken this connection before 4 days ago but after connection start this speed is only 10 to 20 kbps for Downloading and Surfing . I have call to customer care for solve this problem but this is not solved . Now I waiting for good support but here is nothing happened sir, I pay here 999+ service tax for high speed internet but this is not working I have purchased...
