RIL — Mismatch in signatures

I have done everything possible to demat my physical shares. They told me that there was a mismatch in the signatures. I notarized and send all the documents with Indian stamp papers, witness signatures etc. It did not work. What should I do. I live in Canada and I need help to resolve this. Please help.
