[Resolved]  RIL — non response

Dear sir,
I am sending you the contents of the email that I sent to Karvy on 22.01.10.

Your letter KCPL/RISH/CS/TFR/OBJ/101015/[protected]. RLNO : 0054754.
With reference to your above mentioned letter which has objection code 15 meaning the joint holder
signature does not match, I had sent you the transfer deed duly attested with the signature and seal of the branch manager of the bank with whom I have an account for more than 15 years. It seems like undue harrasment for an investor of RIL as it is an internal family transfer. It is quite surprising that all the other Reliance group companies transfered the shares without any difficulty with the same signature that was submitted for RIL. Awaiting you reply.

RIL — harresment by tata dealer's staff

Sir,

I have bought TATA Xeta on 26th Oct. 2007 beacuse I was assured by the Sales Manager that this car will give me 16+ milage apart from low maintenence.

Since that day it was a nightmare for me.

This Car have never given me more than 13km of average apart from knocking sound that started comming from the engine. The dealer have taken the car and so far is not able to give me a satisfactory answer for the knocking sound.

They said it is long procedure to replace the faulty part, though the car is been bought just 6 months back. They need permission to change the part from 6 to 7 higher up TATA officials.

They never listen to the problem & try there level best to find out if ther is any thing which they can blame on the customer and get away with it.

Charges they made for my Third Service was Rs.9000/- which are higher than the cahrges made for Honda City and Scorpio's and here I am paying higher maintainence & owning a Xeta.

I feel so sorry for buying this car. I will dispose off this car as & when I get it from the workshop and to hell with the TATA Cars.I have also decided if any of the employee that I have come across in last six months in this TATA Dealer-ship with anyother dealer I will not but car from them. They all are perfect bluffers and professional liers.

I just do not understand in the current age where customer care is so important these people just have no limits to haresse them and Dealer make it a point that under any circumstance the will not give naybody his conact no.

My Demat a/c No(DP ID) is IN300214 in Lucknow at Kotak. i had 45 shares of RPL. due to merger of RPL in RIL, i got only 2 RIL shares i.e 16*2=32 but i did not get the refund amount of 45-32=13 shares.
