I have done everything possible to demat my physical shares. They told me that there was a mismatch in the signatures. I notarized and send all the documents with Indian stamp papers, witness signatures etc. It did not work. What should I do. I live in Canada and I need help to resolve this. Please help.

My complaint is for jio communication s jio communication is not removing my email id from their database and also not turning off notification as i already complaint regarding this to them. As email id is not mandatory for telecom to active the sim. So according to right to privacy i want to remove my email or delink my email from their database.
