I have online ordered a handset "smart 101" of ringing bells and have done payment also, on 10th february and got a mail from company with sucesss of payment with following details:

They have confirmed my order on 11th feb by mail with following details as below:

Your order id no rb[protected] with ringing bells for "smart 101" is confirmed and will be delivered...

Rs.2999.00 deducted from credit card on 10/02/2016 at 11:38:37 for booking smart 101 product of ringing bells pvt.ltd. But till now neither got the refund nor the product. Please help me to get the refund....

But yet I did not receive that bill payment mail.so how can o assure that I have registered the mobile without bill payment. My order ID is FDM[protected]. Booked a phone on 8 th of feb and delivery was committed by 25 th of feb.on 23rd of feb received a mail, in which it was committed that company(m/s ringing bells pvt ltd) will send us the dispatch details by 26th of feb .on 26 th of feb .in spite of providing dispatch details company(m/s ringing bell pvt ltd) committed us refund in two days.i believe this company is complete fraud and our case should be considered by cyber crime branch.i...

I had ordered 4 Smart 101 Handset from Ringing Bell, Noida based company. Total cost for four handset was 12000 approximately. After ordering I gpt confirmation message and mail both mentioning that phone will be delivered by 25th February. After this I got another message and mail that Phone will be delivered by 26th February. After this I got another message and mail that the Amount will be refunded on Monday i.e. 29th...

I was online registration on 251 mobile phone offer and then I got a feedback message, within 48 hours you take payment gateway link in your email id.But a long day pass i did not get any message from Ringing Bells Company....

I placed order on 11feb 2016 through advance payment RS.2999/- for smart 101 order no. RB[protected].but till date niether mobile deliverd nor money refunded. This is totally fraud which is happening on the quotation of Make in India of Honourable Modi Ji / PM. Please se it & arrange to refund the money of customers like me. Thanks...

Myself had booked Freedom 251 mobile phone onsite and was promised to get the payments done within 2 working days after the booking.
But i didn't received the payments link.

Sir few days ago a company name Ringing bells offer mobile named freedom 251 having price of rs 251 and i had pay for that 291rs which include mobile price and shipping charges and purchase that phone and company promiss to dilever on month of june.Now i hear news about Ringing bell a froud compay and not giveing any mobile so i want to refund my amount.In this complain i also atthach my payment sleep of me .so please reply what to do or...
