Royal Enfield — complaint regarding ownership of vehicle

Dear Sir / Madam, I bought a royal enfield bike from soniya motors thane which is an authorised dealer of royal enfield. I made the full payment for the bike but when i received the registration papers of the bike i was shocked as the bike was hypothicated to HDFC bank wherein i never took a loan from them. on taking up this matter with the manager of the showroom he replied that it was not a big problem and he said you should be relieved at least you have a RC book with you. its a year that i bought this bike and i am totally not happy with the experience that i got from dealer. still the issue is not resolved.
