[Resolved]  Rpfc Gurgaon — Pf transfer from icici prudential life insurance co ltd to canara hsbc obc life

I am currently working in CANARA HSBC OBC LIC LTD and my I
have resigned from my job my last working day is 19/09/2014. I had transferred
my PF from my previous company ie ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE CO LTD on
July 2010.

The PF transfer form was submitted along with the joining
forms of CANARA HSBC OBC LIC LTD and the PF No for ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIC ltd is P F A/C No MH/BAN/49598/ 502158.
The annexture K and the cheque no and cheque date is mentioned herewith and the
address to which it was send is also mentioned.

On 09 Jun 2011 Canara HSBC Oriental Bank of commerce life

orally confirmed the receipt of the PF transfer accumulation
from RPFC Mumbai A/c to CANH A/c but till today I have not received the amount in my PF statements.
Further, they confirmed that RPFC has received the PF
transfer in 2010 and as per PF norms if
The transfer in received from the PF trust ( i.e. MNYL, SBI, Birla, HDFC, ABN, ICICI
etc ) before Feb 2010, it will reflect in PF slips for the period 2011-12 and
if it was received after Sept'2010 it will reflect in[protected] PF statement.
But in neither of the statements the PF is reflecting. Kindly in receiving my
PF since it has been more than 4 years now.
