Dear Sir/Mam,

I had gifted my one Micromax Play 4g phone to my sister on 9th November, 2015 but now there is trouble in port as it is not properly connected to charger pin while charging and she want be able to use it now!

which is very surprising case that Branded company like Micromax has such issue and our local customer care centre not responding it properly!

Now the mobile is worth less for us after investing of Rs. 12600/-.
