Samsung 3 In 1 Copy Scan Printer — printer not working and company not providing service

I have purchased samsung printer 15 days back (with cost of 12500/- )but it is not working since time of instalation. I have called to ther customer care about 20 times in thess fifteen Days but not giving service the are just assuring.
I am going to sue the company in consumer forum.
