Dear Sir/Madam,
This is regarding a consumer harassment case that i have gone through during past 03 years post purchasing a Samsung Television model from the Reliance Digital Showroom located at Electronic City, Bengaluru, India on Dt. 18th October, 2020.

Below is the summary of mental harassment and pain and time that i have lost during this period :
Model details of the TELEVISION Set that i purchased- (SAMSUNG INDIA (CRYSTAL UHD SERIES 8- MODEL 50 TU8000),
In February, 2022, i was unable to view the pictures, as the screen display went blank.
After multiple requests and follow ups and mental harrasment, the service centre from Samsung replaced the LED Display panel as per the recommendation by the visiting technician from Samsung India, on 18th March, 20222.
This also caused me mental harassment, loss of my valuable time and effort after paying my hard earned money as a consumer.
Now, again after almost 02 years and 10 months, i am facing similar/repetitive issue with the same television set.
After multiple follow ups and requests, Samsung technician visited my place today and confirmed that the LCD Display panel is not functional any more
To replace this display panel, i need to bear a cost of approximate INR 9, 500/-
Please help me resolving this issue by replacting this Defective TV set with a completely new product . I strongly believe the Consumer Protection Act 2019 Act provides safety to consumers regarding defective products, dissatisfactory services, and unfair trade practices. I understand, the basic aim of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 is to save the rights of the consumers by establishing authorities for timely and effective administration and settlement of consumers' disputes.
